Screening Criteria

Age

You have to be 21 – 40 years old
If you are younger than 21, you still can apply but you wont be matched until you are turning 21.

Nationality

You need to be a U.S. citizen or at least a permanent resident of U.S.

BMI

Your BMI needs to fall under 32 to be approved by a clinic. Some clinics require 30 or under.
Calculate your BMI using the given tool on the right.

Live Births

You need to have at least one live birth but no more than 5 births of your own

C-sections

No more than 2 C-sections in the past. Occasionally the clinics accept 3 C-sections.

Complications

No premature births < 35weeks(unless a multiple pregnancy)
No Preeclampsia or other serious complications

Life Style

Not a long term smoker (No smoking in the last 3 months, including vape);
No recreational mari..uana usage in last 6 months;

Background check

Be willing to undergo a background check (including your partner);
No criminal convinction history;

Psychological Evaluation

Be willing to undergo a psychological consultation through zoom meeting with the therapist.

Compliance

Be willing to follow the physician's instruction;
Be willing to travel to states other than your residence;
Self-administration of injections.
