Our intended parents always wonder how the surrogate candidates are screened with us. Is there an official screening process prior to a match?
The answer is YES.
In fact, our strict screening process has ensured that only those candidates who meet all our criteria can be moved forward to the matching process. Before a candidate’s profile is even presented to the intended parents, we have tried our best to fully understand the candidate’s motivation, her social background, family support system, emotional needs, and on.

4 Step Pre-Screening Process
Step 1: Application Initial Review
Once we receive an application, our recruiting team will first review all the information provided by the candidate. Only those who have met all our initial screening criteria will be then introduced to our program for the next step.
Step 2: Interview by Zoom/ Phone Call
Our team will then schedule an interview with the candidate for a further evaluation. We will verify information based on the candidates' profiles and answer questions they may have.
Step 3: Social & Support System Check
We will run a background check on the candidates as well as their spouse. Also we will try to obtain more information on their social status and support system. A good candidate should have a stable household status and a good support system.
Step 4: Further Review Based On Medical Records
While we were doing the pre-screening, we will also work with the doctors' offices to obtain the required medical records. By doing so, our RN are able to further review the candidate's qualification from the medical perspective.
